Refrigerator is Loaded

Happy weekends everyone. Here it is almost over. Our househelp came over and cooked 3 dishes. One is porksteak with lots of onions and also mushrooms. She said now that the price of onion has gone down she will get her vengeance and put lots of onion LOL.
Then my daughter went to her aunt's birthday party and brought home a Korean dish. It has meat, kimchi and small potatoes in it. There is also vermicelli and cakes.
So I guess I wont be buying food for the next days LOL.

I love pork steak with onions!! Always good to have a stock of food that's ready to heat. Some days, I just want to be lazy and not cook anything.

@yoalldudes oh i've been cooking almost every day for the last 18 years. the only time i didn't cook was when i'd given birth to my kids via CS. (too impossible to get up and needed weeks to recover!) i sometimes wish we had a really good cook, they don't come often now. on days when i'm sick, we would just order from the carinderia.

I always have too many food in the freezer. I guess I´m a hoarder in food. Enjoy your food.

@marguicha There is a dish we call "bicol express" and when it is re-heated over and over it becomes even more delicious. The same goes with "laing" another dish made from taro leaves. So yes I agree with you.

It lasted me for like 3 days. Now the ref is empty again except for some fish in the refrigerator.
