what is good ?

We know that there are many types of games these days but which one is good. The games that we play offline ie like Kabaddi, Cricket, Kho Kho, Swimming and other games which we play with our whole body which makes our body strong. Either that game which we play in mobile means online is it good or offline. I remembered such a question when I went to play in the field, so I thought to ask it. for our health ..........thank you............

I am not very good with physical sports I prefer online games which are mentally challenging.

I think you must be very fit and healthy if you are into sports. I am far from healthy fitness I used to be. I used to play tennis and swim and hiking and baseball and volleyball.

All games are good... Physical games are good for fitness and meeting people. Videogames can be good for light exercise, some videogames can teach you how to budget (a friend of mine learmed this way), others provide you with friendships, you can learn leadership from MMOs, teamwork with games like minecraft (or you can cause havoc by massacring your team mates), other games require logic and reasoning.
