Too much privatization lead to exploitation.

In India privatization has reached to optimum level. In that scenario there are employers who have the option of exploiting the employees. They can make them work for more hours and give same pay. When the employees leave the job there are other eligible candidates who can replace them.

In 3rd world countries like India too much population is a burden. Too many qualified persons for same job means, no value for the skill

thanks Cheung wage is fine. But there is no job security. Over time work is expected and on denial employees are sacked
