I can remain at home for the whole morning but then I have to go out; either for shopping or for walking. Then I´ll spend the rest of the day at home while the rain lasts

@Adie04 One needs a sun bath for at least a moment in a day. If I see the sun shining I may go and take a share of it

@quantum2020 Same here. I can stay in the room for one whole day. But if let's say tomorrow I know I won't go anywhere, I will at least go out and get some sun for an hour or two before returning to the room.

That´s a good idea. There are lots of flocks of birds flying everywhere, going up and down almost touching the ground.

These days birds keep flying everywhere. I can see them on flocks making pirouettes in the sky

@quantum2020 I feed and watch birds year round from inside and on my deck and screen room. Great therapy too.

I don't mind the rain if I don't have to be out in it. Although, I will go out in the rain from time to time so that I don't forget how to use my wheelchair in hazardous conditions. Or, rather, it's not like climbing a mountain.

Thanks. I had a nice day. I stayed at home until about 13.00 pm and then I went for a walk then returned back home and stayed here for the rest of the day

Having rain is beneficial for every region. Last year was not as bad in terms of rain. I read this year will be a rainy year here in my region
