Cigarettes Hard to Stop

I am a smoker, at least I spend more than a pack of cigarettes a day, especially when working in front of a computer or laptop, I deliberately do not install air conditioning in my work space so that I can smoke, I only use a fan and leave the door open so that the smoke quickly leaves the house. . The current price of cigarettes is 32,000 IDR or 2.08 USD. Besides being a waste of money, it is also detrimental to health. I have done various ways but I failed to quit smoking, what do you suggest?

It is hard to quit once you start. Just try to start by smoking fewer each day.

My husband stopped smoking since 2011. Total stop of smoking. This will be all up to you. Your decision why you want to stop. I can give you many reasons but at the end of the day, the decision will all be up to you. I tell you it is difficult to stop. You should be determine to stop.
