What is this world coming to?

Before I tell the story let me just say, me and my daughters mom are not together but we Co parent very well. So my 11 year old daughter called me to tell me that her moms house was shot up in Flint, she showed me bullet holes that were in her bedroom, bullets went through the wall and hit the bathroom. Window was shot up in the living room and bullet holes in her moms room. It's soooo sad and frightening to get that type of call. My daughter was at a friend's house when it happened. (thank God). It's scary to think if she was home in her room at her moms. People are literally losing it in today's society, so many school shootings, people are dieing left and right. The world is falling apart slowly everyday, it's truly sad!

So do they have any idea why it happened? Did they report it? What was the result?

I guess they did report it but there still waiting to hear more. There isn't much to go on because they had no cameras and neighbors only heard the shots but never seen the car or anything. So probably won't go far.

This is one reason why I do not watch the news anymore. Here in the UK it is more of the stabbings.

Hope your ex was not at home either. Usually if such a thing happens, they always go after the ex of the victim first (even if you are completely innocent.).

Was her house targeted Or was it random?

Cops think it had to of been targeted because no other houses next to them got hit. My daughters mom keeps me in the dark about a lot of things so her and her boyfriend probably made someone mad. Idk. I feel like if it was random that other houses would have gotten hit to.

@JimBo452020 oh I'll be definitely getting her out of there. I don't need something happening to her and it be on my conscious.

That is frightening to say the least. Yes indeed people are losing it and it won't stop anytime soon.
