Just to make room in the freezer for the strawberries that I had washed As I looked at the box I read in big letters "HIGH IN SUGARS". Dixxie, a diabetic (and someone who knows about health) had bought it. She served it and Humberto, immediatly asked for seconds. I also extended my dish and she turned around the table to go to her dish to get seconds too. I don´t blame her. They were delicious. And in this country there aren´t many no sugar ice creams. But I have also noticed that many of my friends with diabetes think that they can eat anything if they also take Metformin. And many of them also think that alcoholic drinks have nothing to do with diabetes. One of my friends even told me once that he took Metformin so that "he would not have diabetes". You can´t argue with that. I passed. But in general, Dixie behaves. This ice cream was just too good to look at it from the distance.
