Buying a home...

i do own an apartment... I would like a house , bigger , but the chances are not very high in the near future.. They got so expensive here , and the prices are still going up!!

We have owned our home for a dozen years now. Seems lately that we've had a lot of major appliances all crapping out, as the house is nearly 20 years old. It's great that they've lasted so long, but they don't all have to go bad all in the same year and right before Christmas now the hot water heater isn't working too good and neither is the water softener.

I do! We moved in to our home over 2 years ago! We love it too. I definitely love having my own washer and dryer! Oh and our own yard, and our own mailbox! LOL

I do I just bought my first home about 3 months ago. Im really happy to be on my own. Its hard sometimes but still its fun!

I still live with my mom but I have an excuse, I'm only 19 so i still have time. Congrats to those who have their own home, use it wisely and take care of it!
