What did you have for dinner on this temperate Spring Thursday?

I actually had Indian food tonight, but last night I had the teriyaki chicken with rice shown in the photo. Both are from Trader Joe's, and both are really good, as in almost restaurant quality.
My top secret secret for making these frozen dishes taste great is to cook them at a lightly lower temperature than the directions suggest, but to cook them slightly longer than the directions suggest. But that could just be because my oven runs hot. I don't know.
What did you have for dinner of this lovely Spring (or Fall) day?

@TheHorse The avatar is the image of PBS Kids cartoon character Wordgirl who according to the creator of the character Dorothea Gillim is based on her childhood learning meaning of words.
She is mad she got on television telling her enemies if they committed any crimes during her recreation time, she would harm them like she bent a steel pipe.

@TheHorse there are those who don't eat pork at all due to health reason or due to religion.

@TheHorse Glad that you also like Chinese food.Chinese food consists of four major cuisines -Shandong cuisine,Sichuan cuisine,Jiangsu cuisine and Cantonese cuisine-each has something to recommend it.

@changjiangzhibin89 Here in the bay area, I believe Sichuan cuisine has less "flashy" flavors and larger pieces of chicken in it. I think Americans are used to the bolder flavors of Cantonese cuisine. Does that parallel your experiences in China? I would love to eat Chinese food IN CHINA.

Yesterday? I had chicken noodle soup. Keeping those sinuses tempered any way (and every way) I can!

@FourWalls I hope it wasn't salad seasoning.

We had pork chops made in the air fryer and green beans. I have never had Indian food.

@hillhjill You could just buy some frozen Lamb Vindaloo at Trader Joe's for $4 before jumping in and visiting an Indian restaurant.

On Thursday, I had dinner at Mar-A-Lago. I ordered the Red Plate Special, Spaghetti & Meatballs Ron DeSanctimonious. It was very good.
