A wonderful fish for lunch.

As Dixie does not eat red meat, she cooks a lot more fish. Today´s baked fish, An Austral hake, was served with a sort of mashed potato side made by Humberto. The potatoes got overcooked, Dixie was complicated and her eye hurt a bit, and Humberto had to eat in a hurry and go back to work. So he offered Dixie to take care of the potatoes. I don´t know what he put there but they weredifferent and very good. A little lumpy but better tasting than most mashed potatoes. Dixie had tangerines for dessert but I don´t like them too much. So she offered me some vanilla ice cream. It was very good in spite of being made with a sugar subtitute. I´ll take a nap and wait here past the peak time. After that I´ll go home. Meanwhile, after my nap, I´ll mylot a bit.
