... can women be mass shooters, too, is yes. Sadly, The Covenant School, a private Christian School in Nashville, learned this today when a 28-year-old woman armed with two "assault-style" rifles and a pistol murdered 3 adults and 3 children today before being taken out by police officers. It is believed the shooter may have been a student of the school many years ago. No motive for the killings has yet been discovered. Considering the firepower she was carrying, the murderer probably intended to kill far more than she did. The investigation is still ongoing. Why do we let this keep happening in America? Why are we willing to pay the price in childrens? https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/live-blog/nashville-school-shooting-covenant-live-updates-rcna76861

There are evil people in the world. Evil men. Evil women. Evil transgendered. Evil Christian. Evil atheist. Evil young. Evil old. The common thread is the evil.

I read reports that said this is the 129th mass shooting in the US this year (and it's only March!) I also read that the person responsible was a trans woman, so that isn't really a reflection of women in general (although I would think a woman could be a mass shooter if she was angry enough!).

We have as many women who murder as men. Makes you wonder what makes any murderer tick. It must be a glitch in the brain.

You have very loose laws, as far as I know. But in other parts of the world there is a lot of violence, too, only people use knives more.

I heard that and read about it online. This can not continue to happen in our schools. Something needs to be done.

Yes, there are evil people in the world both male and female. It is scary. I pray each day that my family and friends and myself won't be a victim of a mass shooting. Also, after hearing what happened yesterday, if my kids were still young and in school, I would take them out of school and homeschool them. It is so sad that private Christian schools are no longer safe.

I just read about the shooting on another blog, but no details. It's sad that anyone thinks it's okay to take someone else's life, be it children or adults, in a school, at a business, or at a church.
