One of my best friend of my college is no more.He succumbed to the mental harassment of his PhD guide,.It's not new in IIT madras.In 3 months 3 students failed to cope up with the pressure.I think the arrogancy,mental instability of PhD guides plays a big role in it.They should be punished with criminal offence.
