Well many of my fellow Filipinos when Holy Week they go back or visit their provinces to reunite with their love ones. Some families just visit a beach resort to have fun. Some just do staycation. Some people the witches love Holy Week to empower their black magic LOL . So your plan this Holy Week? How do you spend it?

We plan to stay home and spend time with each other. Traveling would be difficult due to road congestion with everyone wanting o go home to the provinces.

This year, the annual observance of the Lord's Evening Meal to commemorate Jesus' sacrifice falls on Tuesday after sundown locally. In the days leading up to it, I like to take some extra time off to focus on spiritual things. Last Thursday, began the memorial Bible reading, passages referring to the days leading up to the arrest, trial and subsequent execution of the greatest man that ever lived.

We don't do vacation, staycation or spend time at the beach to have fun on Holy week. It has always been a time for us to reflect, go to church. At least for us that's how it has always been.
