In Bengal there is a lot of plantation of poppy seeds. They are called posto in bengali and khas khas in hindi. Bengalies fry the poppy seeds after grinding them. They give awesome taste. Some onion and chilli are applied. The dish is called posto bora, meaning poppy seed fry. It can be eaten both with rice and chapati.

I see a Youtuber who posts regular Vlogs. She uses Poppy seeds a lot. Yet I am hearing about Posto Bora for the first time. That's really a good information.
