unlike other areas, there was internal politics in my office.I was a victim of so,It is really traumatic if you did not get the enough recognition you deserve even after working so hard.My manager played dirty politics with me. Throughout the year,get the work done and in the end I got nothing.It's a mental torture for me.

I have read about the horror stories from employees in many professions about politics playing a role in a person getting a promotion or failure due to dirty politics.
