What's for din? 4.6.2023 with pictures! / myLot

Been a minute since I have posted one of these, but here we go! I just put ribs in the Instant Pot. I have bacon frying, and I am going to make some bacon mac and cheese. I am also going to make roasted garlic mashed potatoes and cheesey garlic bread. The ribs I got are actually looking pretty decent. They are far bigger than the ones I usually get when we do orders through. So I am excited about that. It's going to be a big meal, but I am excited about it. Good ol' southern food! I will have to add a picture when it's done. It will take about an hour for it all to get done. What is everyone else making for dinner? @moffittjc , are you alive. I haven't seen you stalk in my posts for DAYS.

Your dinner looks delicious. Bacon in mac and cheese, I will have to try it. Mike cooked for us while I worked at the church. He made pork chops, spinach, and potatoes. It was good. I am thankful he enjoys cooking for us.

This week has been a super crazy week for me, so I haven’t been around much. But I have been trying to pop in here and there when I get a chance. Dinner looks delicious. I had a Cobb salad for dinner.
