I tried to fill out the papers I was sent by the Coast Guard people, but yet again, I ran into things that I didn't understand. One paper seemed to be about surgeries and stuff (that I already wrote about at least three times during this process), but part of the paper seems to indicate that they are surgeries and things I had to have because of a job. There were also files labeled "Certificates" that seemed to be in someone else's name. So, I wrote back to the Coast Guard lady for clarification. They probably think I'm some kind of dummy. Sheesh. Longest.Hiring process.Ever.
