Good morning. It's a nice sunny day. We didn't get rain last night like I thought, but that's okay. It did rain somewhere. We're expecting rain today, but thankfully not for the next couple of hours or so. Which should give George time to water the front lawn.
Chilly gave me quite the scare over the last two days. However, he perked up last night and seems like more his old self today. He is dealing with chronic Kidney Deises, which means he's going to have an off day every now and again. It's not easy watching those moments though. I'm just thankful he seems to be doing better today.

I am glad Chilly feels better and hope he will continue doing well. If you remember during one comment I told you there was hail coming down and knocking against my window. Well. I found out that at that time a tornado touched down right on the Halifax River which is a block away from us. Luckily, we got by with no problems,

@kaylachan exactly I thought I only had to worry about hurricanes, now this. Perhaps, this has got something to do with the many odd changes happening with climate lately,

@RasmaSandra Climet change has gone by many names, and all the same. I doubt it. But tornados aren't anything new. It's rare they touch down so close. Do you know where on the river it hit?
