I like jogging every morning, how about you?

Before I go to work, I always jogging every morning. I get many benefits from jogging such as burn my calories & lose weight, increase my energy levels and my metabolism, reduce my stress and anxiety, improve my cardiovascular and regulate my circadian rhythm so I can sleep easily in the night.

I walk in the mornings. I get too tired when I jog. I agree that it's a healthy practice to jog every day. Your body systems would benefit from the exercise.

I actually never jog. I am not a runner nor a jogger. But I can walk fast.

Because of the damage a car wreck did to my spine my doctor has told me never to jog or run because of the stress it would put on my joints. I do enjoy a nice long walk though. I always feel less stressed, and like I’m breathing better.

I do my walk every day at the park, sometimes with friends and oftentimes by myself at home. I do this for my health and it lightens my well-being.

Those are good benefits. I walk every day. When I can I go swimming. The weather hasn't been good for that in the early morning when I go.

I want to start my day right and i just want to relax , calm and be happy every morning. Then i can do anything i want like watching my favorite youtube videos , working online and chat with my friends

@Josiwibowo i have to look after inside of my mom's store because there's nobody to look after it . She's always with my six year old niece everytime they have to go to school
