Whole bunch of nothing...

Went to get the mail, not expecting much, and that's pretty much what I got--not much.
*A car wash ad (I don't even drive much less own a car)
*People wanting money x2
*A utility bill.
Sigh. I'm having a hard time remembering when I got anything good in the mail--which is probably partly why I ordered a couple of things recently.

Mine was junk today, too. I think the only way we can get pleasant things in the mail again is to reignite letter writing and card sending.

I have a couple of pen pals, and I belong to a trading group or two, but haven't even gotten anything from them in a while.

@xstitcher I had been getting store catalogues, but I think more and more companies are digitalizing them.

That (getting no mail at all) has happened to me more than usual, too.
