Police officers surprise an elderly man who had his bike stolen.

Cecil Quinlan who is 74 years of age who lives in Sacramento California rides bicycles around town since he cannot walk. When he took his bicycle to the supermarket to buy groceries, he tied up his bicycle outside the market when a crook stole his bicycle in March of this year. Cecil asked Sacramento Police Officers Joey Schock, Ken Napper and Pedro Vazquez for help since they were inside the store at the time of the incident. Sad to report that the crook got away with Cecil's bicycle despite using cameras to try to find the person who stole Cecil's bicycle. The three police officers worked together to buy Cecil a new bicycle thanks to grants from the Union Pacific Railroad and the Sacramento District Attorney's office so the police could donate bicycles to needy people, Cecil qualified to receive a new bicycle which he received from the police officers recently.
