Suddenly Getting New Project

Hola Mylot, it is me your favorite angel again, it is 3:53 PM I just got back from attending another wedding. And the funny story was I met my long-time friend that I never saw her for a while and I just want to make fun of her and I did not want someone else to know what we are talking about so we talked in English. and the funny part is someone else who sit near us (we both knew who he is) He was the former Educational Chief in our province. And he called us and talk to us and said "I understand what you talking about and I need a hand from both of you to make an English club in our mosque for the teenager". And I was like "What happens here, why am I got a project suddenly". LOL, we both know that this is a pro bono project but I am so excited to make this project happens. As you know, English is not our first language here so everyone has to learn it from elementary school until the university level but unfortunately, what we learn in school is not making us use English on a daily basis. We just learn the grammar and become grammar Nazis but we do not speak it daily. That is the main reason why Indonesian become so passive in English. We understand it but are too afraid to use it. But nowadays, so many kids speak English really well because a lot of "rich people" make their kids to International Schools but this is not for everyone, so that's why this project means a lot to me, it is like giving back to the society.
