Jesus Dolls for Kids for Christmas

Recently on the news there was an incident where so many Jesus dolls were donated for a charity to give as presents to needy children for Christmas. Initially the gifts were rejected but eventually...because of the insane amount of publicity...they accepted them. They said that the dolls if given to the wrong family may be inappropriate. HOW in the world is giving a Jesus doll on christmas inappropriate? I mean, come on that is what Christmas is...it's the celebration of JESUS! What do you think?
