Hope you all are doing good. I am doing well too.
Summers have started in India. I believe that the best source of hydration after water is Coconut Water.
It provides coolness to the body. It has many health benefits like it's very good for clear functioning of kidneys, it's very good for hair and skin. It is a energy booster drink which has less sugar. It helps in weight loss. It helps in digestion. It helps to people having high blood pressure.

It's common at the Kenyan coast funny enough I haven't had a chance to taste it

@Rashnag I have tasted coconut water from it when it's ripe after harvesting and cooked it with some dishes it tastes good

It is but if you drink too much of that your blood sugar gets high and that`s not good for people who have sugar problems
