Flowers for Mothers Day.

Since my mother passed away several years ago; I like to buy flowers and put them on her headstone around Mothers Day every year. I wish I could do more for my mother on Mothers Day. I wish my mother was still alive because I would like to spend the time with her on Mothers Day.

I can relate to what you are going through. My late mom is buried in Tennessee which is way out of my range to travel from Lake Charles to Memphis on Mother's Day.

Me mother is buried in a cemetery around a half a mile away from where I live. I can go there whenever I feel like it.

I understand. My late grandmother always went all out in decorating her mother’s grave for Mother’s Day. She found it therapeutic, I guess. It would be an absolute dream to see my mother, and hold her one more time.

That's very understandable. I still miss my mother. We always went to her house on Mothers day.

What you are doing is nice. I don't get to see my mother on Mother's Day, but I always call,,send a card and or present. Of course I will be lucky to recieve a phone call from my son, but that is neither here nor there.
