Hope you all are doing good. I am doing well too.
Today, 12th May is celebrated as "National Nutty Fudge Day". Fudge word was originally derived from the word "fadge" which means to make suitable or fit. It is used since late 1500s.
However, fudge is known to be around since the late 1800s. By definition, fudge is a confectionery made by mixing Sugar, Butter, Milk and any flavour desired thereby boiling it altogether to create a concoction.
Nowadays, there are different flavours of fudge available in market like Chocolate, Orange, Cookies n Cream, Gum Drop, Christmas, Marshmallow, Pecan Butter, Mackinac etc.
I haven't tasted many flavours. I like the classic Chocolate Fudge. Let me know your thoughts about it. Have a good day. Take care.

Nutty fudge sounds nice, I may buy some later and celebrate today. Any excuse to eat something sweet.

In my country chocolate fudge is not that common. Common here are chocolate brownies
