Hi guys, Hope you all are doing good. I am doing well too. I came to know that Arak is a kind of alcoholic local drink popular in countries like Lebanon and other nations like Israel, Egypt, Syria, Palestine and Jordon. The drink is famous in Middle East and generally had with water and ice. Its made from extracting anise seeds into grape brandy. It has high alcohol content between 80 and 126 proof. The process of making Arak includes triple distilling the arak to 53%ABV and then ageing it in claypot for one year or more. I found this information interesting so thought to share it here.
