Hi guys, Hope you all are doing good. I am doing well too. I skipped my workout today as got muscle pain in legs and hands. I think I started more with workout suddenly so experiencing muscle tightening. However, I did workout yesterday despite the pain but took a break today so that the body is relaxed and the muscles. I had a hot water bath to relax my muscles and it did work. I will start my workout from tomorrow. Let me know your thoughts about it. Have you faced it? And how you overcome it? Have a good day. Take care.

Check your vitamin d and calcium in blood and bone levels before doing any exercise.

@Rashnag Post-COVID, vitamin D must be monitored every 6 months.

If I have a pain I use biofreeze. It works really good.

Sometimes we are in pain because our muscles haven't been worked like that in such a long time. If you are a little achy or sore that could be a good thing. As you continue to exercise all of that will go away. Now, if you're having sharp pains, you should definitely take a little time off before trying again. You're doing great, I'm sure!

Yes. I always feel pain when I skip workouts for such a long time. Once I do workout again, I automatically feel pain. I think it's normal. We just have to do workout routinely in order to have our body use to it.

I don't do workout on a regular basis. Thus, when I do it, mostly I get muscle pain. I usually just take a break, and wait until my muscles recover.
