Update on the Guava Stew

As ,mentioned I prepared guava stew today The guavas were large but not sweet despite my waiting for them to ripen I chopped them fine, added sugar and bit of water and cooked on slow fire. Once cooked I add pepper powder. Guava stew is so easy to make. I will freeze the stuff as I have not added any preservative. Had a bowl and it was so good. May be tomorrow I will make mango jam. We have some spare mangoes.
