Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good and enjoying spending time with friends and family. I am doing good too.
Cheese is one item which is liked almost by everyone with no age or gender thing. The National Cheese Day was first established in 1914 in Monroe, Visconsin, USA.
The day was established in order to celebrate making and eating cheese all over the country in each year.
The celebration is carried out till weekend and it includes a lot of activities like two hour parade, traditional Swiss Germanic Music, Club stands, Crafts, Carnival Rides, restaurants and local food to enjoy.
We like eating Cheese over here. It's of so many different varieties and it's used to make so many dishes. I love cheese in almost everything like Pizza, Grill Sandwiches, Pasta, Lasagna etc.

I like Muenster, Cheddar, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Harvarti, Roquefort (in very small doses), Ricotta, Provolone, Mascarpone, Gruyere, Romano, cream cheese, and Asiago. I hate American cheese, Velveeta, Feta, Bleu cheese, and Cottage cheese.
