Day 333 (Isaiah 51:1-3) “Listen to Me, you who follow righteousness, you who seek the LORD: Look to the rock from which you were hewn, and to the hole of the pit from which you were dug. Look to Abraham your father, and to Sarah who bore you; for I called him alone and blessed him and increased him.” For the LORD will comfort Zion, He will comfort all her waste places; He will make her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of the LORD; joy and gladness will be found in it, thanksgiving, and the voice of melody. People promise you many things, but you have grown deaf to the promises because people rarely follow through. You don’t know who you can trust. God told His people to listen to Him because He always kept His promises. He told them He blessed and increased Abraham, their father, and increased him. Because He did, God promised to bless and comfort Zion and turn the wilderness into a garden like Eden. There would be joy and gladness, thanksgiving, and singing once again. As Christians, you want to know the same joy and gladness God promised His people. You want to know God’s blessing on your life. When you put your faith and trust in God, He will bless you with the same blessings. When He does, you will lift your voice in praise to Him. Every day, God gives you a reason to praise Him. Begin praising Him right now and watch His blessings flow into your life. Let’s pray: Father, thank you for Your many blessings.
