Trust among the team is the key point for making a better team. Building successful teams depends on the development of trust. Teams must trust one another in order for them to function as a unit. So that they can fight back if necessary. People feel safe when they have trust. They reveal more when they feel secure. They discuss their advantages and disadvantages with their teammates. Additionally, when trust is fostered within teams, members are more willing to give one another the room and freedom to carry out their duties and make independent judgments. Trust full teams can take a bigger risk. They take risks, are more proactive with their ideas, listen to one another, and then come to an agreement. As a result, there is improved teamwork and communication, and team members are less reluctant to share each other's weaknesses.
