My Television set has blown out

I hope you people here are doing very great.
It's the midnight here in my country. Everything is quiet and it's very cool.
As usual I am online on this time working on the earning sites as the concentration seems to be so high.
I was watching my favourite reality show on the TV.
I was very upset as the TV has switched off on its own. I tried to check the power cables and the socket but I found everything is well intact.
I restarted it again and again in vain.
It's seems that it has blown out .
I was so disappointed with that based on the fact that, the show was getting more interesting as it blown out.
Have you experienced something like that?

Once in school. It apparently produced smoke and set off the fire alarm.

I heard that when flat screen TVs blow out that's the end of it all.

It's a flat TV my friend. The only thing it does is blinking the power light no pictures, no sound, no anything

@Treborika I don’t think mine is worth repairing, it’s an old TV and gave good service.

That's awful, hope you can figure out what's wrong with it. Yes I have had TV's go out completely black and that was it for them.
