Trifle is nothing but layers of this and layers of that and it is a favourite among those having a sweet tooth and that includes me. While one can prepare the trifle using fresh layers I decided to make one from left overs I opened the fridge and saw quite a few of them. There was jelly, custard, fresh cream and then I had some left over cake. I cut the cake in pieces and placed it at the bottom of the bowl, poured a bit of the pineapple syrup to moisten the cake I then spread the custard in a thin layer, cut the jelly into tiny pieces and placed them over the custard. I then added a layer of fresh cream, added another layer of the cake pieces and repeated the process and lastly placed a few mango pieces on top along with a few Ferrero Rocher chocolates. Kept the bowl in the fridge for it to settle and the trifle was ready Anything goes.

Sounds really delicious and refreshing just by reading the procedure how to do it. Eating it cold I think is the best or just chilled ..

No work - just creating layers.
