K and I have watched every episode of Grey's Anatomy, from the first episode to the most recent. We didn't watch the older episodes when the show originally aired, but discovered it on one of the streaming services and got hooked.
I'm not sure when it happened, but we began to make a sort of game out of guessing which of the patients highlighted at the start of the show would die by the end of the show. After a couple of seasons, we became pretty good at this.
It may seem like a morbid game, but it is only a show.
Sometimes, the patient held on for two or more episodes. On rare occasions, all the patients survived. There were times when the survivors came back to the show later and didn't make it the second time.
The show is in its 19th season now. This season, Meredith Grey has been scarce. The character moved to Boston at the end of last season.
Do you have any shows that you try to guess the outcome based on how the episode begins? How often do you guess correctly?

Hey, it's fun! Remember the guessing game more or less started with Dallas and the infamous "Who Shot J.R." episode.
I have my prediction about how the cliffhanger that ended the first season of Night Court will pan out, so we'll see if I'm right come September!

@DWDavis — it’s free on NBC dot com. It didn’t get going until the 4th episode, if’n you ask me. (But you didn’t.)

Except watching shows like fact or fiction we don't.

I watched several seasons of Grey's Anatomy and enjoyed it very much. No, I don't play any guessing games with the shows I watch. Wishing you a great day!
