Something Personal: I Learned How to Blog Before It Was Cool

So yeah, as much as I avoid spending longer hours sitting around, I would rather sit down anyway and get back to blogging than getting fried up under the heat of the sun.
Thanks to the internet, it allowed me to teach myself of what I'm supposed to do. I really don't know how it all started. Perhaps I was influenced by Mr. Boom who once had an office job as a webmaster.
I have been blogging even before I heard about myLot. I learned a lot about internet marketing and making money online. I found out about some blogging contests, and there were sponsored prizes like entrecards, ad spaces and t-shirts. I do not know what an entrecard means but I've seen most successful bloggers use it. I'm not sure if it still exists though.
Now, blogging is far from whatever everyone thinks about it back then. I like the old days because I can really sense some professionalism. These days, anyone can call themselves a blogger without the intentions of doing it seriously. Creating quality content isn't a priority and that's why I don't want to be called a blogger anymore.

I know right, but I still like to keep it that way. Sometimes I find videos and podcasts a lot easier to get information from. Same thing with getting in touch with someone. I don't like getting phone or video calls, but I do that sometimes because there are situations where talking makes more sense than writing.
