First time in a very long time I experienced this again. My days are messed up ever since I rarely report to work. But today I went to work actually 2 days in a week 28 was a holiday Eidl Adha. So its still a yay for me. I'm still on 50mg prednisone. I tried reducing to 40mg for 2 days but the wounds stopped healing and are reddish so I went back up. Anxiety is one of the side effects Ican manage that with a little relaxation meditation and yoga. And then I overeat. I am finally 80% with the book I'm reading it is getting interesting because I wonder how it is going to pan out. Sometimes I think a book is predictable to only be surprised with the ending. It is but I am feeling manic. My anxiety is acting up. I will try to taper off. Thank you. Have a great weekend as well.

@LindaOHio I self medicated.. I do hope to find the time maybe next year. I hope eczema will be manageable the rest of the year. I am drinking Ensure that is my solution. I am feeling good now.

I do hope so as well. I just gotta keep in mind that there is help and doctors. Sometimes it triggers anxiety.

I am glad you are enjoying your book! I know how those steroids make a person overeat, but I am glad your eczema has healed more.

It's great to hear you had a yay-worthy week with a holiday and two days at work. Take care of yourself while on prednisone, and remember to find those relaxing moments. Books can be full of surprises, right? Enjoy the weekend and happy reading!
