Getting Framed

Not me. A painting Son2 and GF had made using a photo of Ace playing with a soccer ball. It is an action shot. Sadly, I cannot find the original digital copy of the picture. I will ask Son2 if he has a copy he can email to me.
I did, however, find the photo of Ace on the couch in the camper that I took last year. I find something about this picture eerily haunting. It is one of the last of him before doggy dementia started to set in, or at least before it became noticeable.
Anyway, that's been my Friday thus far. How is/did your day go?

It's hard to believe he is that old. I remember you writing about starting his leash training in I think the garage.

I've never heard of dogs getting dementia before, I wonder if other animals can also get it? Your dog is so cute, I'm sorry he's having trouble.

From what I've read, "Canine cognitive dysfunction syndrome (CCD or CDS) is a condition related to the aging of a dog's brain, which ultimately leads to changes in awareness, deficits in learning and memory, and decreased responsiveness to stimuli. This syndrome in dogs has been compared to dementia or Alzheimer's in humans." -

That’s such a sweet photo of him.
Getting a framed photo might sound weird to some, but I highly recommend it. I took this photo of our kids, and my mom fell in love with it. So I blew it up and framed it for her for her birthday one year. They’ve all passed on, but I still have this wonderful reminder.
