Food and Beverages: Most favorite rice cake?

I've always thought of puto, a Pinoy-style rice cake only as white and fluffy, and to my surprise, it can be turned into something extraordinary. From puto calasiao, puto cheese to puto pandan. There's also a sugar-free version of it and a much healthier one if mixed with the right amount of carrots. A few more versions would be puto with peanut butter, raspberry jam and salted duck eggs, and let's not forget puto’t kutsinta, puto balanghoy (steamed cassava) and puto pao. Puto of all sorts yes indeed. I'm very eager to try these. Sadly, not all versions are easy to find. Lucky for you if you can make one but for now, I'm happy with whatever's available.
