I just read about the death penalty in Singapur and how the people on death row could have the last picture taken before being hanged.
I think that that is absolute torture for the familes as the pictures are given to them.
I continued reading and read about the several doings that amerited death penalty. And they added that most of the people that were condemned lately were drug dealers.
I have a big problem with the death penalty. I think that nobody is entitled to take away another person´s life. But, on the other hand, at least in my country, most of the very violent crimes are done by drug dealers or big drug dealers who hire youngsters (even minors) to do the smaller jobs.
I have also read later about murders that involve extreme cruelty. Are those people going to be kept by the estate and then released so that they will start to do it again?
What do you think about this?

I like what the Southamerica natives did centuries ago with the people who killed. They made them work all their life and give the money they earned to the family of the one they had killed. But that doesn´t apply to serial killers. They are evil people.

@wolfgirl569 Evil people do not deserve to be kept by society, even in jail.
