The Fireworks in Tawas City Last Night

I was dog tired last night and finally went to bed, around 10:00P. Jay was watching something on TV, I didn't want to interrupt. My husband came into the bedroom and asked, "Do you want to go to the Tawas fireworks?" I didn't really want to go, but said "Yes, I think that would be fun." Off we went in Jay's truck. It took about 1/2 hour to find some beachfront to set up our chairs. The bugs were terrible, so we decided to head for Tawas City Park. We ended up parked beside the highway, there wasn't any traffic from either way. Everyone was settled into a parking place, to watch the display of fireworks. From where we were, Jay and I had a bird's eye view of the sky over City Park. And it was truly a very nice time that we shared together:) The fireworks were beautiful God is good to his people, at all times! Photo: Borrowed from Pixabay
