Yes, a man can rape his wife. If you say no and they do it anyway that's rape. You dont sue him you press charges and get a restaining order and file for divorce. They probably won't take the case because they think shes lying and she just wants money.

Well I down know about sueing him, but what about pressing charges. I know it would be her word. But if it ever happens again ( I hope it doesn't ) she can go and have a rape kit done. Then the court will be on her side.

i believe it is possible for a husband to rape his wife...i dont think she can sue him for it but it is grounds for divorce...i'm sure there are 2 sides to this story and he might not think he raped her at all...it is a wifes duty to please her husband according to the bible...but a no once in awhile should be respected...
