We grew water lilies - lotus - a memory

With great enthusiasm we collected lily bulbs and had a lotus pond We had happiness seeing the plant spring and produce flowers - white, pink big and small.
Bu this joy did not last long as I spotted a snake and that was the end of the pond The snake had come for the frogs that were living in the pond.
We closed the pond and we now have other plants in that spot.
the flowers are pretty the seeds are edible and have health properties

@allknowing None in it. We sometimes have a snake in the yard. They don't bother us
