Do you ever find yourself on social media and you are scrolling and looking through all the comments then before you know it you see that you have just spent an hour doing nothing but scrolling. I went to tiktok and looked at a few videos and before you know it, it was one hour later. It could be additive. I remember saying years ago that I would never install the app. well I did. and I find myself doing this more often than before

true, I several times wanted to delete my social media, but I didn't do it. still thinking maybe I'll need it later. i just don't really use them.
