I notice that in my little book that I write the times of my walks in that the last couple of times (today and yesterday) I only took 20 minute walks in the morning. For the seventh and the sixth I didn't write (or completely write) the times for the evening walks. Hour or no hour, at least I was walking. Today I had to turn around and come home ten minutes early because my spinal stenosis was acting up. My legs were falling asleep while I walked, and I was concerned about falling down. The temperature has gone up about nine to eleven degrees since my first post this morning, so after lunch I am going to head for the pool. Now, I'd like to get some cross stitching done. I hope that all is well with you in your part of myLot land!

I am enjoying my day working at home sharing good news stories as well as going to work on surveys later on.

Going to the pool sounds like a lot of fun.
