The CEO of an Indian startup Dukan laid off 90% of his support staff that was replaced by the AI powered ChatBot. He says the queries answered by ChatBot created by one of his data scientists is instant as opposed to the time his support staff would take. I am sure more will take this route as not only will there will be work done faster but it will be economical as well. As of now it is not known at what level ChatBot will be useful but suffice it to say there will be joblessness in droves in the not so distant future. Are you concerned? This link has more

I noticed that too. More companies are using automated answering machines where there are no humans to talk to anymore. So, you are limited to asking around if there is something you wanted to report.

@allknowing Oh I see what I see from my side is it's bot answering but you just choose from the choices available. They will create a case# you can remember so you can follow it up.

@rsa101 Once a case is created you can ask countless questions and they will be answered.

It is a matter of concern. Chatbot sometimes don't reply to what you want them to. They give evasive replies that will affect the company's marketing.

@allknowing We have chatbots in different apps like Amazon, jiomart and Odisha's " janaa sunani" ,a people's grievance app which I have tried and didn't get the reply I wanted. I had to email my grievance or put it on social media.

That is alarming. AI will take control. Cannot imagine how it will be used by evil people.

We will see more of it soon. I remember the days I could pick and choose when it comes to jobs but the future generation will have nothing to choose.
