Today I had egg curry and rice.

Today I had egg curry made out of hen's eggs and ate it with rice. There are potatoes added in the curry for making the food tasty. Chilli powder and turmeric powder and garam masala given in the dish.

My husband wants egg curry for dinner tonight. I have just boiled some baby potatoes to go with it . I also like egg curry.

thanks Arunimaji it is good that you have not picked some new vegetable from your kitchen garden and make my mouth water. All your vegetables like brinjals, potatoes, bottlegourds, papayas, bitterguords are my favourite vegetables

@arunima25 thanks Arunimaji the forum people will give you award of queen of kitchen garden. In India tomatoes have become very expensive and you just pluck from your plants at home and use in vegetables.

This sounds like an omlet. Those spices added with potatoes are very good with eggs
