If a mother kills someone to protect her kids, should she go to jail?

ur case arise from criminal law section in criminal law the word "why" suggest magnitude of crime so in my point of view she would penalised if can defend her self for a reason that she want to safe someone's life

Yes I would go to any lenght to protect my boys.

If the children were at risk of being hurt and she was just trying to keep them safe, then no. I would hope that it would be a last resort, though.

i don't care what would happen to me as long as i protect my children...i would kill if i had to if the life of one of my children was threatened...and no, they should not go to jail...but even if they put me in prison for the rest of my life, i would do it all over again and never be sorry for it

no. unless the mother has a grudge against that victim beforehand. it's perfectly normal for the maternal parent wanting to protect their own children. just watch animal planet and you'll know what i'm talking about. although there are a few exceptions.. :P

it depends on what measure she protects them ...if she protects their lives no...but she protects them from some bad activities or something else ...i dont know ..maybe yes

i think if someone is atacking her children she does have the right to save them whether its killing the person or whatever she doesn have to protect her young and no she shouldnt go to jail for that, that shouldnt even be a crime anyone protecting someone shouldnt go to jail for that.

She wont be jailed if she can justify herself in court. She's doing the right thing in oder to protect her kids from being hurt.

Yes she has the right to protect her children to a certain degree. You just cannot take someones life that is the problem today. People think that is the only way is to kill.
