Today I had hilsa fish curry and rice. Hilsa or ilish is the state fish of the state of West Bengal. Hilsa is also a national fish of the country of Bangladesh. It tastes the best when mustard paste is applied called sorse ilish. It is eaten with rice

thanks Jojo there is lovely fish oil in hilsa. A lot of rice can be eaten with the fish oil itself
