What do you think is a better Investment? Gold or Real Estate...

Hello friends, I have an assignment at college which pertains to the Case study of Investment Opportunities. We were asked to weigh different options and draw up a conclusion on the pro's and con's of the topic. I was reading more about it and then I had this idea of posting it here and getting inputs from people aroun the world. What is the best option? Is investing in a stable Currency like Euro or USD recommended? Thanks, good day.

I'd go with gold if I do invest. I don't know much about real estate.

Hard to compare them. Real estate has a bigger market. Seems easy to trade gold? Now trading e-gold for some fun, and also could earn some money.

I like to invest in Property and Gold. Because now a days property prices are going up like anything and also the prices of Gold.This is a good investment than any other Bond etc.
